• Allied Health 1 Day Pass – $125.00
  Please note that the one day pass is good for the 24th or the 25th. If you would like to convert to a 2 day pass after registering please speak to Gaile Yano to adjust the payment.
• Allied Health Professional – $200.00
• Alumni Registration – $325.00
  Alumni of the University of Hawaii or Tripler Residency Programs may register at the neighbor Island membership rate. If you would like to join the HOA as an Alumni Member please check the membership page or check with a member of the board.
• HOA Member
  Must be a paid member of the HOA. Please see the membership page if you are unable to register.
• Physician Registration – $500.00
