• Exhibit Registration Fee – $3,000.00
  Exhibitor fee for 2 day conference includes:
  
  -Breakfast on Friday and Saturday for 2
  -Lunch on Friday for 2
  -6 foot table and 2 chairs
• Exhibit Registration One Day Fee – $1,500.00
  Booth assignment made after exhibitors with 2 day registrations have chosen their booths.
• Representative Additional – $200.00
  Exhibitor fee for 2 day conference includes:
  
  -Breakfast on Friday and Saturday for 1
  -Lunch on Friday for 1
• Representative Additional - One Day Only – $100.00
