The 40th Annual Combined Orthopaedic Spring Symposium will be held at the Prince Waikiki - Piinaio Ballroom (100 Holomoana Street, Honolulu, Hawaii). The program on Friday, April 17 will be from 7:00am - 4:30 pm.  On Saturday, April 18 the program will be from 7:00am - 1:00 pm

• Exhibit Registration Fee 1-day - $1,500
• Additional Representative 2-days - $200
• Additional Representative 1-day - $100
