The 40th Annual Combined Orthopaedic Spring Symposium will be held at the Prince Waikiki - Piinaio Ballroom (100 Holomoana Street, Honolulu, Hawaii). The program on Friday, April 17 will be from 7:00am - 5:00 pm followed by a reception from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm.  On Saturday, April 18 the program will be from 7:00am - 1:00 pm
