Exhibit Registration Fee – $3,100.00
Exhibitor fee for 2 day conference includes:

-Breakfast on Friday and Saturday for 2
-Lunch on Friday for 2
-6 foot table and 2 chairs
Exhibit Registration One Day Fee – $1,600.00
Booth assignment made after exhibitors with 2 day registrations have chosen their booths.
Representative Additional - One Day Only – $150.00
Representative Additional *use representatives email address – $250.00

The 41st Annual Combined Orthopaedic Spring Symposium will be held at the Prince Waikiki, Piʻinaio Ballroom. The tentative program schedule is as follows:

Friday, April 16:
7:00 AM – 4:30 PM: Symposium Program
Saturday, April 17:
7:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Symposium Program

Exhibit Fee: $3,100 (two days), $1600 (one day)
